CONFIRMATION | After selecting "Submit Order" an email confirmation, including an order number, will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. CANCELLATIONS | Remember, we are so here to help, just call us as soon as possible so that we may cheerfully address your needs. Though once an order has been sent for shipping to our distribution center, we are unable to make any changes or modifications.

ORDER CHARGES | To expedite the shipping of your order your credit card will be charged when your order is placed. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping charges and applicable taxes. If you have ordered an item that becomes out of stock we will issue an immediate refund and re-charge when the item(s) ship. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. As we are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry, be certain all of your information is correct.

BACKORDERS | If the garment is on backorder it is currently awaiting our delivery or it is temporarily super popular and sold out. Please place your order and we promise to ship it to you just as soon as it becomes available. The expected ship date for backordered items is listed when you add an item to your basket and also during the checkout process. Please note that delays are rare, but do occur.
