SHIPPING AN ITEM BACK TO US | You're happiness matters and we're here to help. But remember, due to the intimate nature of our products all Wink, Intimates for Momâ„¢ sales are final. However, should your product be damaged, we can offer an exchange if it has not been worn or used. Your product must be returned in the unopened box within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges may be requested by emailing hi at winkbellybands.com.
Please note if any package is sent back to our warehouse without a return authorization number it will be returned to sender.
RETURNING A GIFT | We are happy to exchange new condition garments, but if possible, please include a Wink, Intimates for Mom™ order number. If you need assistance obtaining this information, please contact us at help at winkbellybands.com. With the gift givers full name, we can quickly provide you with a gift exchange form to enclose with your package, should you not have the original packing slip.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for Wink, Intimates for Mom™ products purchased at a retail store location; please refer to the return policy of the retail store where you purchased your Wink, Intimates for Mom.

Unfortunately, no. Garments purchased online at www.winkbellybands.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail store locations, but we are happy to help you online.
